Straight answers.
Feel comfortable with the details before you order.
Talk with our teamWhich shutters are included in the sale?
Save 20% on Cedar with FALLCEDAR2026 or 15% on Red Grandis with FALLRED2026. Both offers apply to Louvered, Raised Panel, Board & Batten, and Bahama shutters, with a $399 minimum per wood. The sale runs October 23 through Thanksgiving, November 26, 2026.
How do I use my discount code?
Copy the code for your chosen wood. On your style's ordering page, select Cedar or Red Grandis, configure your shutters, and add them to the cart. Enter the matching code in your cart and review your discount before placing the order. Copying a code does not apply it automatically.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes. Configure your shutters, then use the quote tool in your cart. You can also call 1-888-778-4774 for help with measurements, material choices, or a special project.
How do I measure, and can I order a sample?
Start with our shutter measuring guide for the dimensions you need. If you would like to see the craftsmanship before placing a full order, you can order a sample shutter.
When will my shutters ship?
Your shutters are made to order. Production times vary by style, so check the current lead time on your shutter's ordering page. The sale deadline is the ordering deadline, not a promise of delivery by Thanksgiving. See our shipping information for delivery and qualifying free-shipping details.
What finishes and details can I choose?
Available options depend on your style and wood selection. Review the ordering page for unfinished, primed, painted, and stain-grade options, along with custom details. Sunbelt does not provide a staining service. Hardware is selected separately. Raised Panel shutters use a composite inner panel as standard; a wood-panel upgrade is available.
