About the Classic Scroll Shutter Dog
The S-scroll is the shutter dog most people picture: it pivots on its mount to hold an open shutter against the house and turns aside to release it.
John Wright has cast traditional hardware in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, since 1880. Raw cast iron pieces must be primed and painted before installation; WeatherWright powder-coated pieces arrive finished in black.
