About the Shutter Dog Lag Bolts & Screws
Replacement lag bolts for John Wright shutter dogs. The 4 1/2" stainless bolt is the usual choice; the 6" screw reaches through thick siding or foam sheathing into framing.
John Wright has cast traditional hardware in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, since 1880. Raw cast iron pieces must be primed and painted before installation; WeatherWright powder-coated pieces arrive finished in black.
