Decorative shutters mount flat beside the window and do not swing. A pair of strap hinges on each shutter and an S-hook holdback below it is what makes the eye read them as working shutters — the classic colonial look. These are molded vinyl with a hammered wrought-iron texture: lightweight, weatherproof, never rust and never need paint.
They install in minutes on vinyl, wood or composite shutters of any style. Alignment guides and a self-centering hole starter on each piece keep the drilling square.

Will these work on wood or composite shutters?
Yes. The hinges and S-hooks screw to the face of any decorative shutter and the wall beside it. They are decorative only — the shutter does not swing on them.
How many kits do I need?
One kit per pair of shutters: 4 strap hinges, 2 S-hooks (right and left) and 10 screws.
What colors are available?
Black only, with a hammered wrought-iron texture. The vinyl is fade-resistant and can be painted if you prefer another color.
What does shipping cost?
Kits are stocked at Sunbelt and ship within 1–3 business days for a flat $5 in the continental United States. Added to a shutter order, they ride along for $1.60 a kit.
